The Cat Paws are a quartet from Daruvar who have been playing rockabilly and rock’n’roll for ten years and delight with every performance. The current line-up includes Josip Martinović (vocals, rhythm guitar), Tomislav Božić (double bass), Antonio Mik (guitar) and Dario Santo (drums), people from Daruvar and Zagreb who were united by their love for this musical direction of the 50’s and everything that goes with it.
They have played in Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina – over 400 gigs, more than 80 cities. They play at festivals, clubs, cafes, motor shows and some weddings, mostly music from the 50’s and 60’s: Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and other faces from that period, and something newer (I think of Stray Cats and great performance of “I’m On Fire” by Bruce Springsteen).
